Wars Las Vegas

Casino
Instead of normal properties In Mafia Wars Las Vegas, you have a Casino which all Las Vegas Properties are built around.
The Casino properties consist of:
- Poker Room
- Hotel
- Vault
- Table Games
- Restaurant
- Slots.
These are upgraded in the same manner as any other property, upgrading levels. However, upgrading levels doesn't cost money but lootable reagents instead. More about upgrading later.
You can upgrade each property 10 times - 0.5 stars at a time. A fully upgraded property will therefore have 5 stars. Your Casino will also have a 0 to 5-star rating, based on the overall rating of your other Casino properties.
Every property except Vault acts like an normal property, they produce Mafia Wars Las Vegas money ($V) based on their level (Star Rating). In the order of least productive to most productive:
1. Slots => 5-Star production $V375 / Hour (Collect every 4 hours)
2. Table Games => 5-Star production $V1250 / Hour (Collect every 8 hours)
3. Restaurant => 5-Star production $V2500 / Hour (Collect every 12 hours)
4. Poker Room => 5-Star production $V3500 / Hour (Collect every 24 hours)
5. Hotel => 5-Star production $V3600 / Hour (Collect every 48 hours)
I personally never bother with properties in any city because the Return on Investment is usually horrible, however in Las Vegas you might as well upgrade your properties as they do not cost money to upgrade.
In Las Vegas you don't have a free bank like in other cities, you must upgrade your Vault property to use the banking feature.
0.5-Star Rated Vault can hold up to $V100,000 and 5-Star Rated Vault can hold up to V$50,000,000. In addition, Vault can be used to convert other cities' currency into Las Vegas currency. You can do one conversion per 24 hours and the amount you can convert at a time is dependant on your Vault Star Rating.
At first glance, the conversion thing is great. It is a feature that has been asked for ever since the first expansion city. However, even with 5-Star Rated Vault you can only convert $V20,000 per 24 hours. This is what your low end Las Vegas Property produces, so it isn't that great after all.
Unlocking
Properties are locked until you have certain progress in Mafia Wars Las Vegas. Each property has a native job associated with it. The native job will unlock the respective property and drop special items to upgrade the property.
- Slots, Bronze Level Mastery of the job "Steal a Truckload of Slots". Found in District 1.
- Table Games, Bronze Level Mastery of the job "Recruit a Table Game Dealer". Found in District 2.
- Restaurant, Bronze Level Mastery of the job "Convince A Restaurateur To Leave Town". Found in District 3.
- Poker Room, Bronze Level Mastery of the job "Hijack a Poker Table Delivery". Found in District 4.
Upgrading
In order to build your Vault from nothing and upgrade it to full glory you need:
- 75 Security Cameras
- 75 Motion Sensors
- 75 Magnetic Locks
- 75 Deposit Boxes
- 75 Reinforced Steel
These items drop randomly from any Las Vegas Job.
For other properties, each property has a special item requirement in addition to normal building parts. Each unique property also requires more of certain building parts from
the normal building parts list.
To fully build and upgrade a normal Las Vegas Property you need:
- 110 Special Items unique to that property - e.g. Chefs for Restaurant.
- 55 Cinder Blocks
- 55 Steel Girders
- 55 Concrete
- 55 Construction Tools
Normal building parts drop randomly from Mafia Wars Las Vegas Jobs. The special items drop from the job that was required to master in order to unlock respective property.
